Vehicle Mounted Winch Course – Lincolnshire 4x4 Response

Lincolnshire 4x4 Response is pleased to announce a Vehicle Mounted Winch training session on Sunday, 20th October 2024, at one of our dedicated training facility, located on a former RAF airbase in central Lincolnshire. This course is part of our ongoing Continual Professional Development (CPD) program and is designed to equip responders with the skills to safely operate a vehicle mounted winch during emergency callouts.

Led by a nationally certified instructor, the course adheres to recognised industry standards for vehicle mounted winch operation. It is offered free of charge to full members of Lincolnshire 4x4 Response, though spaces are limited.

As part of our commitment to responder preparedness, LN4x4 Response offer regular CPD sessions across different terrains, including land-based training at the airbase, 4x4 training at our dedicated quarry and coastal training near Mablethorpe (with formal permissions) and non-vehicle training for Command & Control CnC amongst others. Through continual training we ensure that our team is ready to manage and support in all situations, especially in adverse weather during live callouts.
