Lincolnshire 4x4 Response Annual General Meeting.

Lincolnshire 4x4 Response held their 3rd AGM at the The Abbey Lodge Inn, Woodhall Spa on Thursday 7th April.

A good turnout of members saw Chris Harris re elected as secretary, Alison Storey and Steve Goldsbrough re elected as directors, approved the appointment of Tom Crawshaw who was co-opted during the previous year, and agreed the appointment of Arthur Harrison as a new member of the board. That now gives the group 8 directors, so there is still one vacant seat and anybody who is who is willing to consider helping guide the group through the coming year (or even longer) please contact Steve or any board member.

The groups finances were discussed and were shown to be in good order thanks to the work undertaken in recording income and expenditure by treasurer Steve Goldsbrough.

A recommendation from the board that membership fees should remain unchanged for the next year was unanimously agreed by those present.

There being no other business the meeting quite a short lived affair.

Following the AGM a slightly shortened regular monthly meeting was held and Graham Hall gave a demo of the new website including the registration and log in procedure for the members area where all group info and documents are now kept.
